Getting started could not be easier, once you sign up you will assigned a friendly Bravo technical support representative who will provide you a spreadsheet template to populate all your user information. Your Bravo technical support representative will work with you to quickly load your user data a preferences in to the system.
Frequently Asked Questions Answer: Yes, data in Bravo is secure. Bravo provides username and password security. The paid version of Bravo provides HTTPS support for secure data. Question: Can other companies see my entries? Answer: No. Bravo permissions are established based on each individual user and each user is only a member of one company. Question: Can I use Bravo for multiple projects? Answer: Yes. One of the key fields within Bravo is the "Projects" field. Once the Bravo administrator has added a specific project it will be available on the Project field drop down list. Question: Can more than one person publish reports? Answer: Yes. Any user with system administrator rights can publish reports. Question: Can Bravo be customized? Answer: Yes. Please contact us at support@bravoreporting.com to discuss your requirements. Question: Can Bravo be run on my companies Intranet? Answer: Yes! We can install Bravo on a stand alone server in your organization or provide a machine that just plugs into your network. Question: Can I start with the Silver version and then switch to the Gold? Answer: Yes.
